Job Duties: • Follow up all aspects of projects including quotation, invoice and purchasing order preparation, cost control and material handling. • Prepare tender and all relevant documents. • Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, management offices, contractors, material vendors and mainland factory in respect of materials, furniture, drawing, production schedule to ensure smooth running and on-time delivery of the project. • Site visit regularly to supervise and monitor project progress • Attend site and project meetings • Assist manager in other ad-hoc tasks.
Requirement: • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering (Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering) • Min. 4 years working experience in fitting out project and solid experience in project planning, site supervision, work coordination and operation control • Able to work independently • Proficiency in PC knowledge including AutoCAD, MS Office Applications and Chinese Word-Processing • Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese • Self-motivated, able to work independently and a good team player
