職位描述：

- Assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions in the assigned portfolios
- Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning of the managed properties
- Handle enquires and complaints from residents
- Maintain good relationship with residents and Owners Committees

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years solid experience in property management
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Knowledge of PC essential
- Immediately available is highly preferred
