職責：負責設置、修復和部署Windows用戶端工作站，網絡及其設備的維修(包括網絡線路佈局及接駁)；進行打印機基本故障檢修、支援用戶在MS Office、Windows和內部應用程式中的使用問題、執行電腦安全政策
資歷：專上教育：文憑/證書; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Diploma in Computer Services/ IT/ related disciplines; With work exp. in technical support
