職責：Corporate structuring of the group’s activities; Incorporation & ongoing corporate support of companies in int'l jurisdictions (incl. Hong Kong Singapore Indonesia Cyprus etc.); Legal support of comm. projects & contracts identification & mitigation of legal risks
資歷：專上教育：碩士或博士；10年經驗；一般粵語優先；一般普通話優先；良好英語優先；懂讀寫中文；懂讀寫英文；Hands-on exp. with company incorporation & corporate maintenance in foreign jurisdictions
工作時間：一至五 9AM-6PM，每週工作5天
