Job Title: Security Specialist Monthly offer: $50K Working hours: 0900-1800 hours (Mon to Fri) in office - this may vary as required On call respond outside office hours Staff Benefit: - 14 days annual leave per year • Out-patient and hospitalization medical cover • Discretionally Year-end bonus Job Scope • Coordinate security operations for all locations and staff in Hong Kong and Macau • Coordinate response and incident management to address threats towards company staff, assets and operations • Educate Key stakeholders on security principle and implementation • Engage with key business stakeholders to identify ongoing and emerging risks • Implement the physical security strategy in your region to alignment with the business goal • Implement processes and metrics – use data to make decisions • Maintain positive relationships and effective communications across all regional business operations • Develop positive relationships with local law enforcement agencies as well as private business peers • Develop and deliver security awareness and education programs and materials
Requirement • Excellent written & oral English and Cantonese is a MUST and Mandarin written and oral is a bonus • Experience in Physical Security Operations and Corporate Security role, preferably at a similar tech company, Military and/or Law Enforcement experience is highly regarded • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in building strong partnership with key business stakeholders • Recent hand-on experience throughout the region is mandatory • Creative ‘Can-do’ attitude towards problem solving • Attention details in both written and oral communications • Ability to handle security challenges in constantly changing and fast-paced environment • Comfortable with ambiguity • Able to scale with the business and thrive in a rapid growth environment • A well-established professional network of security, Law enforcement and/or military contact with the region • Capable of fostering a culture of Trust, Honestly and integrity • Travel may be required • Bachelor’s degree is a bonus
