職責 :
Assist in installing, configuring & upgrading computer hardware & software; Assist in setting up & maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners & other office equipment; Provide deskside support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues
資歷 :
中五程度; 2年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; Good communication & customer service skills; familiarity with ticketing systems is pref
待遇 :
每月$18,000 - $20,000 (Have knowledge of computer hardware/ software/ peripheral), 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 9 小時, (Support in performing system upgrades & patches)
